Weekly Workshops for 11-16s

What to expect from our workshops

Our drama workshops for ages 11-16 take a further step into the world of drama and theatre. Exploring scripts and theatre making in contemporary ways, our workshops encourage creative thinking in a relaxed no-pressure environment.

What to expect from the weekly workshops:

  • Drama activities and games to explore new skills

  • Practice in speaking out to share ideas

  • Working in pairs, small groups, as an ensemble and individually

  • Developing further drama skills such as improvisation, staging, voice, directing and script work

  • Creating and devising their own work

  • Yearly performance to an paying audience in a theatre

Drama is a brilliant tool for this age group as it can help young people grow into a confident and self-aware individual. Our workshops are inclusive and we encourage students of all abilities.

Our past performances are always original scripts:

  • Fairest of Them All (2022)
